Refund policy

At Ottica Fedeli, we want to guarantee our customers a safe and transparent shopping experience.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product by contacting us by email or telephone using our contact details.

Returns of purchased products can be made within 30 days of receipt of the product.

The purchased product must be returned intact, without signs of use or tampering, and in its original packaging, complete with all components. In addition, it must be returned with its original case and packaging.
Sealed goods such as liquids and contact lenses cannot be returned once opened after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons.

We will not refund returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
The choice of courier and the costs associated with returning the products are the responsibility of the customer.
